# VST — Vacuum Systems Technologies (Vacuum Ltd)

> VST designs and manufactures custom vacuum systems in Petah Tikva, Israel. Since 1982 the same engineering team scopes, designs, builds, integrates and supports every system through its operating life. ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every system ships with NanoForge, VST's in-house process-control & data software.

VST builds: thin-film deposition (PVD/ALD) — magnetron sputtering, thermal & e-beam evaporation, cluster tools; vacuum ovens & custom process chambers; lab-scale arc melting; altitude & thermal-vacuum (TVAC) test chambers for aerospace; inert-atmosphere gloveboxes; and full-lab integration (concept to working lab). VST is the Israeli distribution & integration partner for ATEQ leak testers, J.A. Woollam ellipsometers, and Prevac HV/UHV systems.

Customers include ISRO (U R Rao Satellite Centre), IAI, Rafael, Elbit Systems, Medtronic, GE Healthcare, Khalifa University (UAE), Stanford, CNRS Montpellier, and the nanocenters at Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University, Technion, Ben-Gurion, Bar-Ilan and Weizmann.
